    Each external service is mapped to a stable template identity and type. That explicit mapping determines whether the visit uses a Care Plan, Aftercare Card, or no-aftercare rule.

    The template becomes available in mapping controls, but it does not silently replace an existing explicit mapping. Staff can deliberately assign it to the relevant services.

    The integration workflow exposes connection health and unmatched work so staff can investigate, map the service, and send the correct plan. Unknown work does not need to be forced through an unsafe guess.
