What to expect
After your healthcare provider creates your recovery care plan, you'll receive 1 to 3 text messages from QR Rx containing a secure link to your personalized aftercare portal. Messages include care plan delivery and recovery check-in reminders. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
