    Care

    • You can eat immediately (no numbness in most cases)
    • Avoid biting directly into hard foods with bonded teeth
    • If bite feels uneven, call for a quick adjustment
    Day 1-2

    Ongoing Care

    • Brush and floss normally
    • Use a non-abrasive toothpaste
    • Avoid nail-biting, pen-chewing, or opening things with your teeth
    • Bonding typically lasts 3-10 years with proper care
