    Day 0 (Procedure Day)

    • You may resume normal activity. Some spotting or cramping is normal.
    • Stay well hydrated
    • Avoid heavy lifting and vigorous exercise
    • Take all medications exactly as prescribed
    Day 1-5

    • Continue prescribed medications
    • Note any side effects and report to your team
    • Stay hydrated and eat well
    • Schedule any needed follow-up appointments
    Day 6-3

    • Plan for next cycle if applicable

    When to call your provider or 911

    • •Heavy vaginal bleeding (more than a period)
    • •Difficulty breathing or chest pain
    • •Fever above 101°F
    • •Severe nausea/vomiting preventing fluid intake
    • •Severe cramping not relieved by rest
    • •Dizziness or fainting
