    Connect Mangomint to QR Rx

    Last updated 2026-07-22

You will not have to configure this connection alone. Start the request in QR Rx, send our prepared message to Mangomint chat support, and run one test checkout. QR Rx checks the result before anything is activated.

The important part: Mangomint support does the technical setup.

Mangomint officially supports appointment, completed-sale, and form events, but its support team configures the outgoing webhook. See Mangomint's official webhook documentation. Mangomint also says that beginning August 1, 2026, previously paid integration add-ons such as Webhooks are included for active customers under its new single-plan pricing.

    1. Start the QR Rx pilot

You are working in QR Rx for this step.

    1. Open Settings → Integrations and select Mangomint.
    2. Click Start Mangomint pilot.
    3. Include your clinic name, locations, approximate completed visits per month, and Mangomint plan.
    4. QR Rx will confirm the pilot and provide the connection-specific endpoint.

Do not send API credentials, client records, screenshots containing patient information, or webhook secrets in the request.

    2. Ask Mangomint to configure the webhook

You are working in Mangomint chat support for this step. After QR Rx provides your private link, copy and send this message:

Hi Mangomint Support, Please enable the Webhooks integration for our account and configure a custom webhook for QR Rx. Event: Sale completed Endpoint URL: [PASTE THE QR RX URL HERE] Location(s): [LIST THE APPROVED LOCATIONS] Please confirm when it is ready so we can run one controlled test checkout. Thank you.

The endpoint is unique to your connection. Do not substitute another clinic's URL or post it in a public ticket.

    3. Run one controlled checkout

You are back in the normal Mangomint calendar and checkout for this step.

    1. Create a test client using contact details controlled by your clinic.
    2. Book a recognizable service at one approved location.
    3. Complete checkout normally in Mangomint.
    4. Tell QR Rx support the test time, location, and service name. Do not include patient details.
    5. QR Rx verifies the signature or verification mechanism, event identity, client fields, service, and location.
    6. QR Rx activates draft creation only after the sample passes.

    Activation checklist

    • Mangomint confirms the webhook add-on is enabled.
    • The completed-sale event reaches the private QR Rx endpoint.
    • The event contains a stable ID that prevents duplicate drafts.
    • The client, service, checkout time, and location are mapped correctly.
    • A repeated delivery does not create a second draft.
    • Automatic sending remains off during the pilot.

If the test does not pass

    No event reaches QR Rx

Ask Mangomint support to confirm the event name, endpoint URL, selected locations, and whether the webhook is active.

The event arrives without enough client or service information

QR Rx will keep the connection inactive. We will request an adjusted payload or approved lookup method instead of creating an incomplete draft.

    The wrong location is selected

Do not reuse the endpoint across brands. Each QR Rx connection should be mapped to the approved Mangomint location or location group.

    Need setup help?

Open QR Rx support and choose the pilot program topic. Include the clinic, location, and approximate test time, but never include patient information or credentials.
