The Platform tier includes your first location. Each additional location is $149/mo billed monthly or $1,490/yr billed annually (two months free on annual). You can add up to 15 locations from the slider in your billing settings; anything over 15 rolls to Enterprise pricing with custom terms.
Each location gets its own QR Rx Network directory listing and its own clinic-specific settings (address, hours, services, optional location-scoped team members). Branding, templates, billing, and the owner-level account stay practice-wide.
Per location: physical address, phone number, hours, services offered, public directory listing, Google review URL, and (optionally) team members assigned only to that location.
Practice-wide: branding (logo, brand color), email and SMS template copy, billing, owner-level settings, templates library, and the full team roster (any team member with practice-wide access works across all locations unless you explicitly scope them).
Open Team, click a teammate, and pick a default location from the dropdown. They'll still log into the same practice dashboard, but their care plans, patient roster, and reports default to that location. Owners and admins always have full multi-location visibility.
Enterprise pricing kicks in for 15+ locations. Enterprise includes SSO (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace), a dedicated clinic subdomain (yourclinic.qrrx.io), multi-location rollup analytics, a dedicated success manager, and PO + annual invoice support. Email partnerships@qrrx.io for a custom quote.
Slide the Locations count down on the billing settings. Stripe prorates a credit back to your next invoice. The location's data (patient roster, plans, settings) is preserved so you can restore the slot later if the practice re-opens. The public directory listing for that location switches to unclaimed status; patients can still find it but it stops showing your branded copy.
