Most clinics have more than one person who'll send care plans and read patient symptoms: a front-desk coordinator, the provider, the office manager. You add them as team members with the right role for what they need to do, and they get their own login. Care plans created by any teammate roll up to the practice's roster, not to a personal account.
Owner. Full access to everything: care plans, templates, patients, billing, team management, ownership transfer, and the option to delete the practice. There's always at least one owner. Transfer ownership before you remove the only owner; we won't let you orphan the practice.
Admin. Same access as owner except billing and ownership transfer. Use this role for office managers who run the day to day but shouldn't see Stripe invoices.
Practitioner. Creates and sends care plans, reads patient symptom logs and dashboards, manages templates. Doesn't see billing or team management. Use this for the providers themselves.
Staff. Creates and sends care plans only. Doesn't read patient symptom logs (those are clinical) and doesn't see billing or team. Use this for front-desk coordinators who shouldn't be reading patient-reported symptoms.
Open Team, click the row, pick a new role from the dropdown. The change takes effect on their next page load. If someone needs to drop a role temporarily (vacation, leave of absence), it's cleaner to leave them as-is and not log in than to flip their role and have to remember to flip it back.
Click the row, hit Remove from practice. They lose dashboard access immediately. Care plans they created stay in the roster (those are practice data, not personal), but their name disappears from any "created by" attribution to protect them from future audit drag. If you remove someone by mistake you can re-invite using the same email.
Every public Platform subscription includes unlimited team members. The trial defaults to 3 to keep onboarding focused, but bumps up automatically when you start a paid plan. Legacy plans (Light, Standard, Professional, Growth) had specific caps; if you're grandfathered into one of those, the cap is shown in Settings → Plan.
