    Customize your clinic branding

    Last updated 2026-05-21

Branding shows up on three patient surfaces: the care plan itself (header band, accent color, logo), the email patients receive when you send a plan, and the SMS that goes alongside it. We do it once, in one place, and it threads through every plan you send after that. Two minutes to set up.

Where to find the branding panel

    1. Sign in at qrrx.io/provider.
    2. Open Settings in the left sidebar.
    3. Pick the Branding tab.

    What you can change

Logo. Upload a PNG or SVG. Transparent backgrounds work best because the logo sits on a colored band. We accept square or wide formats; we won't crop or distort. Max 2 MB.

Brand color. When you upload a logo we auto-extract a dominant color and pre-fill it. You can override with any hex code. The brand color becomes the care plan header band, the primary CTA color in emails, and accents throughout the patient surface. We check contrast automatically and pick white or near-black text on top so nothing reads as illegible.

Practice name and clinic type. Both feed the greeting copy in patient emails and the care plan header. Clinic type also drives whether the patient surface asks for date of birth (human plans) or owner last name (vet plans) at the unlock screen.

    Email and SMS template copy

Open Settings → Email Templates for the care plan delivery email and the recovery reminder email. You can edit:

    • Subject line
    • Greeting (e.g., "Hi Sarah," or "Hello,")
    • Headline
    • Sub-headline / lead paragraph
    • Button text
    • Footnote (the small print under the button)

Layout, logo placement, and the unsubscribe link are locked. That's deliberate: it keeps Gmail and Outlook from mis- rendering your email and keeps you compliant on the unsub link. Every other word is yours.

    Preview before you save

The right side of the Email Templates editor is a live preview rendered as an inbox-shaped iframe. It updates 400ms after your last keystroke with the mock patient "Sarah" and PIN 482931 so you see exactly what your patients receive. If you want to send a real test to yourself, hit Send test to me and we'll fire a copy to the email on your operator account prefixed with [TEST].

What happens to plans you already sent

Branding changes are global, not per-plan. Once you save, every patient who opens their care plan after the save sees the new branding. Already-sent emails stay as-sent (we can't edit a delivered email), but the care plan they link to picks up your new logo, color, and copy on the next view.
