What is Jelmyto used for?
- Treatment of adults with low-grade upper tract urothelial cancer (LG-UTUC).
- Administered directly into the renal collecting system via ureteral catheter or nephrostomy tube.

The following side effects have been reported for mitomycin. Their order does not indicate how often an effect occurs.
Ureteric obstruction, including hydronephrosis and obstructive uropathy.
Flank pain, nausea, and hematuria have been reported.
Local adverse reactions at the instillation site.
