- Treatment of CD19-positive B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)
- Treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell precursor ALL in adults and children one month and older

BLINATUMOMAB warnings & precautions
- Serious risk of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and neurological toxicities including immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS).
- Interrupt or discontinue and treat with corticosteroids as indicated.
