Operators can now subscribe to the Cash-Pay Clinic Insider list for the Playbook PDF, monthly specialty benchmarks, founding-cohort pricing lock, and Office Hours invite. Forms live on the homepage and on /add. Welcome email branches by audience; admin can pull the list as CSV via the new admin endpoint.

GLP-1 weight loss treatment hub
The semaglutide treatment hub now lives at /treatments/glp-1-weight-loss and covers the entire drug class (semaglutide via Ozempic and Wegovy, tirzepatide via Mounjaro and Zepbound, plus brand variants). Match terms route every brand-name search to the same canonical hub. Old URLs 301 to the new slug.

Brand-blue favicon stack on QR Rx Network
QR Rx Network's tab favicon now mirrors qrrx.io's icon stack pixel-for-pixel, just in brand blue (#60a5fa) instead of mint. Every share, every browser tab, every PWA install carries the consistent network mark.

Three new specialties: hair restoration, weight loss, IV therapy
Hair Restoration, Medical Weight Loss, and Wellness now have full specialty hubs on QR Rx Network with programmatic SEO landing pages. Cash-pay growth verticals get the same treatment as the original ten specialties: per-state, per-city, near-me, and Spanish variants.

Patient Care Score on every clinic
A composite 0-100 quality signal combining Verified Aftercare status, ownership verification, profile completeness, visual proof, independent reviews, and recovery outcomes. Operators see their breakdown on the clinic dashboard. Public visibility on the patient-facing surface is gated until the directory has substrate.

Cura cross-clinic knowledge base
Verified Q&As shared across the QR Rx network. When a patient asks a recovery question that's been answered and verified by 2+ clinical teams, the answer surfaces with a 'Verified by N clinical teams' trust signal. Curation today is admin-only via /api/admin/cura-kb; auto-promotion lands when verification volume justifies it.

QR Rx Network public launch
qrrx.net is the public directory of specialized-care clinics. Free listings, NPI-verified, with the Verified Aftercare badge auto-syncing on every QR Rx subscription state change. Patients compare services, prices, real reviews, and aftercare follow-through. Closed-ecosystem handshake: Network leads route back to QR Rx Aftercare for clinics that earn the trust signal.

Perioperative bundles for pre-care plus aftercare
One PIN, two plans, one continuous patient experience. The patient verifies once and the active phase (pre-op countdown vs recovery plan) renders based on procedure_date. Daily handoff cron announces the transition the morning of the procedure.

Creator-style affiliate channel: partners apply, get a unique ?ref slug, and earn monthly payouts on attributed Pro-tier signups. Application intake, admin approval, partner dashboard, and monthly payout statements are live. Stripe Connect Express for programmatic transfers lands in Phase 2.

Email moved to Paubox for HIPAA BAA coverage
Every transactional email now ships through Paubox under an active BAA. Replaced Resend (no BAA) for the entire send pipeline. Deliverability events flow back through a token-gated webhook with hard-bounce-to-suppression handling.

Transactional sends (care plan delivery, account verification) ride the primary Telnyx number; reminders and marketing ride the secondary. Protects sender reputation on the transactional path even if reminder STOP rates spike on the secondary.

Patient SOS panel removed for legal posture
The 'I need help' panel previously rendered on every patient surface has been removed entirely. QR Rx does not render a care-team escalation CTA to patients. If a patient is in distress they should dial 911 directly or use the phone number their clinic provided. Care-team severity alerts also retired the same week; escalation protocol is a phone call.
