Every clinic in the National Provider Identifier registry already has a directory listing on QR Rx Network, even before you sign up. Claiming the listing connects it to your QR Rx account so you can edit copy, upload a hero photo, and answer patient questions directly.
What you'll need before starting
- The legal name your clinic is registered under (matches NPI)
- A clinic email address ending in your clinic's domain
- About five minutes
Step by step
- Sign in at qrrx.io/admin and open Public Listing in the left sidebar.
- Search for your clinic by name. Filter by state if you have a common name.
- Click Claim this listing. We email a verification link to the address on file. Click that link to confirm.
- Once verified, the editor unlocks. Update your phone, website, services, and hours. Hit Save when you're done; changes appear on qrrx.net within a minute.
If your clinic isn't in search
Brand-new clinics under six months old may not have hit the NPI registry yet. Use the Add another location panel at the bottom of the page to submit your clinic. We review submissions within one business day.
